Bidders who can provide E-field Sensor & Monitoring System.

The   following  is  an   outline   of   the   requirements,  so   potential   Bidders   are   requested   to  submit   their

Proposals in accordance with the specification as attached.

  - The lowest of the estimate

3. Bid Closing Date and Time

  - April 20, 2011, 14:00 Korean Local Time

4. Bid Opening Date and Time

  - April 04, 2011, 14:00 Korean Local Time

5. Estimated Project Budget

  - USD 75,236

6. Bid Bond

  - The establishment of a bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the total contract value 

7. Submittal of Proposal

  - Proposal shall be hand-carried or be sent to the address below 

8. Delivery Date to KARI  

  - by Jun 30, 2011

9. Delivery Term : FCA

10. Payment(T/T net 30 days)

   - 90% of total Contract amount shall be made upon the presentation of shipping document as

 a proof of shipment of the Equipment.

   - 10% of total Contract amount shall be made upon the presentation of Final Acceptance

 Letter issued by KARI.

11. Inspection : Manufacturer

12. Distribution of RFP Documents

   - Available at KARI’s homepage(www.kari.re.kr) from April 4, 2011.
