Korea  Aerospace  Research  Institute  (KARI),  a  Korean  government-funded  institution,  seeks  qualified 
Bidders who can provide a High Rate Test Modem in Geo-KOMPSAT-2 Ground Station. 
 
The  following  is  an  outline  of  the  RFP  requirements,  so  potential  Bidders  are  requested  to  carefully 
review  the  RFP  documents  and  to  submit  their  Proposals  in  accordance  with  the  guidelines  and 
requirements as contained in the RFP. 
 
1. Item 

- High Rate Test Modem

2. Estimated Project Budget : EUR 164,700 
 
3. Qualification of Bidders 

- Bidder shall have sales experience to deliver the similar equipment in the latest five years.

 

 

4. Delivery Term : within 5 Months 
       
5. Bid Closing Date 
      - April 2 (Tue), 2013, 11:00 in Korean Local Time. 

  - The Proposal shall be hand-carried to KARI. In case of the bidder who resides outside of Korea, the 

submission of proposal by express courier is permitted. The submission of proposal should be done 
by the time of bid closing in Korean local time. 

 
6. Bid Bond 
      - At least five (5) percent of the total bidding price. 
 
7. Distribution of RFP Documents 
      - At the beginning of presentation of RFP will be on March 26, 2013 in Korean local time. 
 
8. Submittal of Proposal 

-  Proposal  shall  be  submitted  to  the  address  stated  below  in  a  manner  as  specified  in  the  RFP 

documents. 

 

9. Evaluation of Proposal 

- Please refer to the Evaluation of Proposal of the RFP. 
- The exchange rate for the evaluation of the price shall be the first basic rate of Korea Exchange Bank 

(KEB) of the bid closing date.
